This complete, semi-automatic machine is
specially designed for high speed finishing of Pilfer Proof
and other types of Caps. The machine can also be adapted for
shaping hollow round blanks, drawn from aluminium or tin plate,
such as shoe polish tins etc. A wide variety of cylindrical
hollow blanks can be finished to desired shape, by using corresponding
tools sets. The design and construction of the machine allows
quick and easy change of tools.
 Fitted
with tool sets of the desired size, knurling, grooving and
perforation of Pilfer Proof caps from size 22 mm can be completed
in one operation. The machine is adjustable for variable speeds
and can be fitted with Central Forced Lubrication System,
with leads to all points requiring lubrication. |
