Titan Type Double Action Automatic Crown Press
 This
Special-Purpose Punching Machine is made for Automatic Feeding,
blanking and scrap ejection. It has Double action ram for
blanking Crown Corks as per International & IS specifications.
The
Machine is primarily designed for Multi-cavity Crown Cork
Pillar Mounted Die with auto stoppers. It is fabricated from
heavy-duty non-shrinking steel plates.
Blanked
Crowns are automatically blown off by Centrifugal Blower on
a conveyor.
Centralized
forced/lubrication is provided for trouble-free and life long
operation.
With
slight adjustments on the Machine, 20% increase in production
can be achieved.
