incorporate great improvements over the ones made years back.

feasible and economically viable unit for manufacture of Pilfer
Proof caps should comprise.
Cap
Making Process
If
Automatic Feed Press is desired, please refer to its production
capacity. The machines offered can complete most standard
Pilfer Proof caps in two operations. The cap blank of a size
is drawn in one operation on the Punching Machine, by fitting
the Multiple Die for the particular size. The Beading Machine,
fitted with the required size of Combination Tool Set, finishes
the cap in one operation, giving it the final shape i.e. knurling,
grooving and perforation. While all standard sizes of P.P.
Caps can be blanked on standard 20 MT press, for long skirt
(29 mm* 35 mm), LPG cylinder seals Deep Stroke 20 M Ton Machine
is recommended. 20M Ton Machine is also used for 2 cavity
Pillar Mounted Die for sizes upto 31.5 mm P.P. Caps blanks.
For three cavity automatic Punching Machine, heavier machine
is used.
Multiple
Dies & Beading Tools
While
the Punching and Beading Machines can make all standard sizes
of Pilfer Proof closures, separate Multiple Dies and Combination
Tool Sets are required for each size.
The
requirements of multiple Dies for punching cap blanks and
corresponding Beading Tool sets for finishing of caps, can
vary according to proposed production. In case of small units,
for say upto 50,000 caps per day, production can be confined
to manufacture of only 25 mm 28 mm 31.5 mm size caps as these
sizes have the maximum sale. It is therefore, advisable to
have one extra set of Multiple Die and Beading Tools for these
sizes.
In
case of a plant for daily production of one hundred thousand
caps and above, it is necessary to have all sizes of Multiple
Die and Combination Beading Tools sets, with spare dies and
tools for 28 mm and 25 mm as suggested above.
