Multiple
Dies for Cap Blanks
These
multiple dies are made from special quality imported die steel
and are precision ground for years of trouble free service.
Unless required to special specifications,
the dies are made to standard specifications and can turn
out complete blanks in one operation.
Dies for 22 mm, 25 mm, 28 mm & 31.5 mm
can be made in multi-cavity for high speed production. Larger
size cap blanking dies (38 mm and above) are fitted with special
guide plate systems.
All dies are mounted on Precision Pillar
sets.
The dies are supplied Complete with Guides
Plates & Rubber Cushion Pads, dully mounted.
Combination
Tool-sets for Beading Machines
These
are required for automatic Knurling/grooving & perforation
of P.P. Caps in one operation. These Tool Sets are made and
supplied complete with internal knurling heads and ejector
system for each size. The operating parts of the tool sets
are made from special quality imported die steel.
