This Special-Purpose Punching Machine is made for Automatic feeding, punching, blanking & scrap ejection. With change of dies, it can punch in one operation up to three pieces of 22 mm to 28 mm Pilfer Proof as well as Roll-on Caps.

The machine has a Gap Frame with Double Rolling clutch. It is primarily designed and fabricated for punching cap blanks from aluminium sheet, but can also punch a variety of caps. Ring separator is supplied with the machine.

Cap blanks are automatically blown off by air, released and supplied by an independent centrifugal blower. Centralised lubrication is provided for trouble-free and life long operation.
