 This
Special-Purpose Punching Machine is made for punching cap
blanks and with change of dies. It can punch, in one operation,
all sizes of Pilfer Proof as well as Roll on Caps.
The machine has a Gap Frame with Double Rolling
Clutch and Centralised Lubrication. It is primarily designed
and made for punching cap blanks from aluminium sheet, but
can also punch a variety of caps and small components from
aluminium as well as tin sheet.
Light aluminium cap blanks are automatically
blown off by Centrifugal Blower supplied with the Machine.
The machine is fitted with Central Forced
Lubrication System, with feed lines to all points needing
lubrication.
