Two types of Stoving Ovens are available—Tunnel Oven for automatic synchronising with Metal Printing Machine, recommended for targets above 200,000/shift and Box type Oven, for lower targets.

Automatic Travelling Oven

Designed for automatic take-up of printed sheets from the Machine on chain supported wickets. The Oven has three zones; take-up zone, heating zone and finally cooling and discharge zone. Hot air from firing chamber is circulated in the heating zone through blower and circulating fans. The Burner is fully automatic, suitable for either liquid petroleum gas {(LPG) or any other gas conveniently available or for Kerosene oil. Heating Zone is 45' long while the Cooling Zone is another 15 feet long. Temperature range 100-300 Degrees C. This oven is supplied complete with Firing Chamber and Independent Control Panel. Burner is of German/Italian or Japanese origin.

Box Type Oven

This Stoving oven has been specially designed for Stoving of printed/coated/varnished metal sheets that require meticulous care in maintaining temperature time ratio. The entire oven, including top and doors are double walled and are filled with padded insulation material. The oven is made from heavy gauge material, to withstand rough handling. In LPG fired Oven, Gas flame conveyance is achieved through partially perforated steam pipe, which effects great saving in fuel consumption. An exclusive type of firebox is provided for heat dispersion. Electric Operated Oven is fitted with best quality Fined Heating Elements, Contractors, Thermocouple with Latest Digital temperature Control system, Doors Interlocking and Control Panel. The oven can stove 350 sheets at a time and are supplied complete with Digital Read out, chimney, Centrifugal Blower, Control dampers and fin type cages for stacking of printed sheets.
