Electricals
As
detailed in our quotations, all machines are offered complete
with electric motors and starters, where-ever needed. This
is considered necessary for proper alignment of drives and
for full scale production tests complete with such drives.
Power
Requirements
Unless
otherwise ordered, all motors are rated for 440 volts, 3 phase,
50 cycles supply. Machines run on electric power are individually
motorised and their Power requirements are detailed with their
description.
Space
Requirements
Individual
machines do not take much space and while it is possible to
house a plant for daily production of one hundred thousand
caps in as small a shed as 60 x 40 feet, better work efficiency
is achieved with increase in space.
Even
if a small unit is preferred to begin with, it is always advisable
to have provision for future expansion. A good layout can
be worked out within an area of 1800 to 2500 sft. As part
of free service to customers, such layouts are made and furnished,
if desired, on receipt of site plans.
Accommodation
During Training
Reasonable
accommodation, close to our factory can be arranged for the
deputed technicians.
Delivery
A
complete plant as detailed herein, can be dispatched within
12-15 weeks of receipt of confirmed order; and this, it is
understood, subject to force majeure.
Installation
In
case of orders for complete plants as detailed, installation
is done by us. While motors and starters, where-ever needed,
are supplied with the machines, electric connections, upto
the point of each machine, as also masonry work etc., are
to be provided by the customer.
Price
And Validity
All
our prices are for delivery ex our Factory and are exclusive
of Packing, Insurance, Forwarding and Sales-Tax, Packing ,
if desired, is charged at actual and Insurance premium too
is invoiced on actuals. The prices quoted are open for acceptance
for a period of 45 days from date, after which the same are
subject to our confirmation. FOB, CIF OR CF prices can be
furnished if required. For sales outside India, Sales Tax
is exempted.
